God in between stews – food ethics in the history of Christian spirituality.

Few people are aware of how emphatically nutritional issues are addressed in Christianity's revelatory documents - the First and Second Testaments – setting out clear standards. In the history of Christian spirituality, biblical dietary ethics have been repeatedly reinterpreted and creatively updated. Although these testimonies also are of historical interest, they primarily offer provocative arguments and considerations worth listening to for today's discourse on proper nutrition.
